Speed Triple vs Scrambler

I kind of decided to get a Speed Triple. Prices are reasonable, bike is good and summer is here. Then I saw some customized Scramblers and I finally saw this on the Hell For Leather site. This is a pure expression. Even though I am not going to do some more major work it, I think the Scrambler would look great with a more utilitarian paint job, knobbly tires and a less ostentatious exhaust.

Read the book "Böhmerland 600cc" years ago. Don't exactly remember the plot (the story took place in Böhmen, now part of the Czech republic) except for someone digging up an Böhmerland at some point. The Big Ruckus must be inspired by the Böhmerland or what?

Tempo Corvette
When I grew up the Tempo Corvette was ubiquitous. Seemed like everyone rode a Corvette in the 60's and 70's, especially out in the countryside. Used the same Sachs engine from early 60's to the mid 90's, and basically the same construction. The black Corvette is from early 90’s and clearly inspired by the Honda Camino. Too little too late.
