Through Elephant magazine I discovered the work of Ron van der Ende. They're wall mounted bas-reliefs made from reclaimed timber and it very much reminds me of Piet Hein Eek's furniture made from scrapwood. Amazing.

What's the full story about this bike? Exhibited in the DAF museum in Eindhoven, its made of various Honda parts and with a flat-two DAF 46 engine. And the DAF Variomatic transmission of course.

I rode an old, rotten Batavus bicycle when I lived in The Netherlands. Didn't know they used to make mopeds or bromfiets as they're called. This is the '75 Batavus Bronco. Dig that combination of a scrambler pipe, ape-hangers and custom seat.

Seen this circulating on different sites. Very suprised to discover it was designed by an old friend/colleague/almost neighbour, Michiel, from the kanaals of Utrecht.
