Twowheels+: Arne Jacobsen gas station

Arne Jacobsen completed the design of the Texaco gas station at Skovshoved north of Copenhagen in 1936. It's still standing.

I'm guessing moulded concrete and steel but imagining that process makes me wonder if I'm missing a simpler explanation
