Frank Costin

Designer, engineer and aerodynamicists. Worked on the Lotus Elite, Marcos and his own Costin Amigo as shown in the  picture. His work on the Vanwall was caracterized by L.J.K. Setright like this: "As most of his masterpieces, it was perfectly reasonable according to the knowledge of the time, but extremly advanced according to the practice of the time."
