Continuing on the winter theme, theres a Scandinavian sub-culture devoted to strapping engines to kicksleds. I grew up with kicksleds, very useful in winter. A lot of fun on icy, downhill roads. The last video shows a Swedish rocket-powered kicksled. Does 0-100 km/h in 4 seconds. Madness.
